About

TVHeadATX's mother was a Zenith and his father was a RCA. His birth was conceptual.

TVHead is most notably known for his thought provoking street art, but his art exceeds that definition in many ways.

Fearless in his approach to what art is supposed to look like, he creates dynamic designs, subversive sculptures and paintings with messages to provoke a little discomfort in the eye of the beholder.

He is institutionally trained and proficient in multiple practices and mediums. He is artistically fluent in fabrication, portraiture, design, sculpting, painting, and an award winning filmmaker. TVHeadATX is a complex and intuitive artist.

A visual artist who over the last 20 years, has reinvented himself in numerous ways continuously breathing new life into the Austin art scene.

One of TVHead's longest and most notorious installations is a horned TV pyramid on the corner of Waller and east 6th in Austin, TX. It has been riding strong there for over 2 years and counting.

TVHeadATX is an anonymous artist with a strict code that keeps him in the shadows creating works of light and color in fervor.

He never played well with the self proclaimed gatekeepers so he turned the streets into his gallery to display his original hand painted wheat paste designs.
